KAP-SioPor Mineralinsulation
The SioPor made of SioLith fulfills all request, which is
placed regarding warmth -, sound and fire protection against
insulating materials. SioPor is characterised by high capacity of
thermal insulation, high acoustic effectiveness, Nichbrennbarkeit and
dampness insensitivity. SioPor as insulating material in the housing
sector takes up humidity and delivers it also again. SioPor can as
loose granulates (bulk material) for damming pouring (Applicaions in covering & floors, latch plate or wood post and beam construction ).

SioPor has a Lambda value of 0,04 W/m.K as loose grain material (bulk
material); compared to the value of expan. Polystyrene (EPS
has 0.044).
SioPor & SiBond composite slabs as insulationslabs achieve a
Lambda value of 0,055 W/m.K!
SioPor Adavantages
The advantages of SioPor opposite conventional products is situated primarily in use variety and the small granulates density(weight) of 60? 120 Kg/M3. Apart from special insulation characteristics, the particularly formed open structure SioPor has, besides outstanding characteristics of the soundabsorbtion and the fireprotection.
The blowing process is pollution free and corresponds to
the Kyoto target .
