What´s necessary for retract and storage?

Stripping the formwork is similar to the twin wall elements with lattice girder and needs same attention. No extra work is necessary.  

To store the twin wall with KAP-Steel-Wave is possible vertical as well as horizontal. Depending on the transport and delivery. 

Storing the elements vertical, it´s necessary to take care that both layers have same weight and stand plane. 

Storing the elements horizontal, it´s necessary to take care that the bearing (wood) is close to the wave and no big spaces between the bearing. It is possible, similar to the system with lattice girder that depending on curving the elements cracks can get in the surface.

 

All sizes of twin wall with KAP-Steel-Wave can be transported vertical or horizontal. The transport with a size bigger than 50 cm should be vertical.
